Our thoughts are with everyone affected, especially the victims and their families, and with all those who live in and care for Crans-Montana. We are deeply grateful for the outpouring of support – it means a great deal to the people we work with in the town.
While the road ahead will be long and difficult, the strength and resilience of the Crans-Montana community is clear. We will continue to support the town in any way we can.
Fancy something different for apres ski? How about Fancy something different for apres ski? How about a power station that’s been around for over 100 years and provides electricity for the trains and ski lifts in the whole area. Last winter I travelled to Türkiye with Dan Egan, Last winter I travelled to Türkiye with Dan Egan, recreating his journey there over 30 years ago with his brother John, filming one of Warren Miller's most famous ski segments.
This new 20 minute film captures the trip perfectly and alongside Dan's nephew Jonny, Dan and our group found some fantastic snow, great people and a historic culture, not to mention the scenery on a huge volcano in the centre of the country. The movie premiers on Tuesday November 11, 6pm UK time on YouTube. Dan and Jonny will present the movie live - hope you can tune in, I absolutely love the film.
