Action Outdoors, the UK arm of the not for profit UCPA organisation, has increased its holidays for young people this winter, all at special rates that are even lower than other all-inclusive weeks.

There’s currently over 2,000 spaces available on these holidays across the winter in some of the biggest ski resorts in the French Alps, including Chamonix, Tignes, Val d’Isère, Val Thorens and La Plagne.

The UCPA was originally set up as a French government organisation offering ‘sport for all’ focused on young people. World class facilities and centres across the French Alps have grown and now the UCPA is the second largest ski school in France (after the ESF). Whilst age limits over the years have been relaxed, the value for money on offer remains the same – but, being able to offer good value skiing and snowboarding holidays to young people remains one of its core remits.

Over the past year the 18-25 programme has increased and the new Club Exclusive 18-30 programme has been launched. Both offer reduced rates on all-inclusive ski and snowboard holidays that include full-board accommodation with three meals a day, full area lift passes, ski or snowboard instruction, equipment rental and instruction. With prices starting at £525 and going up to a maximum of £640 (18-25) and £659 (Club 18-30) for a week, the UCPA offers the most attractive way for young people to get onto the slopes this winter.
