This means in the event of any Covid-19 cancellations, customers will get a full refund on their holiday up to the day before departure to the resort.

The company has also introduced a number of new catering options for its guests to provide a fully flexible chalet experience. This includes the choice of having catered or self-catered chalets, a mixture of both and also meal delivery services.

Where chalets are priced as catered, guests can decide to take a self-catered option to avoid interaction with staff at a £200 per person discount (based on whole chalets with maximum occupancy). Guests can then also choose to include ‘add-ons’ such as meal delivery services, meal ready upon arrival, breakfast delivery service together with shopping available upon on arrival.

Mountain Heaven operates in La Plagne, Morzine, Courchevel and La Rosiere, in the French Alps and Grimentz in Switzerland, with over 30 properties in total.

Nick Williams, MD of Mountain Heaven, said:

After last season was cut short by the global coronavirus crisis we understood that our guests will be thinking about their ski holiday with fresh concerns. Mountain Heaven has been working hard to ensure we can offer them exceptional booking protection and flexibility. We then created our Covid-19 Guarantee, giving all guests the peace of mind they need to book a great ski holiday this season. Mountain Heaven is also financially bonded with ABTOT (Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust), meaning ours and our customers money is fully protected. This year we have ensured that all holidays are financially protected both catered and self-catered which is a rare thing in the ski industry. We are members of ABTA too and believe we are now offering the most attractive booking terms on the market, meaning customers can book in total confidence that they won’t lose any money should cancellation become necessary due to Covid.
