Action Outdoors, the UK arm of the French not for profit UCPA organisation (ucpa.co.uk), with holiday centres across the Alps, is offering Christmas and New Year family holidays for £721pp.
The price includes 7 nights’ accommodation in a family room (sleeps 4), full-board with three meals a day, 6.5 day lift pass, ski instruction (12 hours), ski rental for the week. Departure dates are December 24 and 31.
Based in the UCPA Centre in the French resort of Les Contamines, just over an hour’s drive from Geneva Airport, the weeks over the Christmas and New Year holidays are dedicated to families only.
The all-inclusive rate means breakfast, lunch and an evening meal are included and the UCPA offers a huge buffet choice with meat, fish and vegetarian options at every meal, with starters, main courses and desserts for hungry skiers.
The UCPA has its own ski school and lessons are included for all levels from beginner to expert and an off-piste introductory course is available with a supplement of £51.
The in-house ski hire shop provides equipment through the week, also included in the price.
